Managing Director Chanikanpicha (Kanpicha) has many years experience and a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Thai & International law. She works in Thai and English and holds B.A Degrees in both Law & Mass Communication from Ramkhamhaeng University. She also has a licence to practice as a notarial service Attorney and a licence to practice as a litigator. Legal advice, Property transactions, Commercial contracts, Foreign Visas, Real estate and dispute resolutions are only some areas she focuses on although enjoys helping her clients with proffesional advice on how to establish and operate a business in Thailand (e.g. limited company, representative office, branch office, alien business license, alien business certificate etc.).

Furthermore she specializes on property acquisitions (land, building, and condominium unit) in Thailand by advising clients on property laws, conducting property due diligence, title searches, reviewing any requisite agreements, preparing required documents, and representing clients at the land office to register property.

Nutsiripaphar has an experience to advice a criminal and civil law and focusing on corporate, commercial contract, labour and employment, family law, foreign investment, real estate , juristic person management, She has obtained her first bachelor degree is bachelor of laws (LL.B) from Ramkhamhaeng University in 2005 and second bachelor of political science (M.A.Political science) from Ramkhamheang University in 2008 and Master of political science (M.A.Political Science) from Ramkhamhaeng University in 2010

Thanik is an Admin/ Assistant Lawyer she is an experienced assistant Lawyer who has been practicing in the admin office and have experience as a government coordinator in property registration at the land office and immigration for visa application for our clients for many years.
